  • BARON Atelier offers high-quality handcrafted products, with each product page carefully detailing materials, dimensions and finishes. Images and descriptions are as accurate as possible; however, minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the pieces or differences in your device’s display settings.

  • Salvo que se indique lo contrario en la página del producto, todos los pedidos están sujetos a disponibilidad de stock. Si, por error, se acepta una compra de un producto no disponible, BARON Atelier informará al cliente y procederá al reembolso íntegro en un plazo máximo de 72 horas. 

  • All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices may be updated without prior notice; however, the price applicable will be the one in force at the time of purchase.

  • Unless otherwise stated, shipping to the European Union and the United Kingdom—as well as customs charges for import into the United Kingdom—will be covered by BARON Atelier.

    For the rest of the world, shipping costs (if any) will be shown before you confirm your order. Such shipments may incur additional charges (e.g., import duties, local taxes, carrier handling fees), which are generally payable by the customer.

  • Because most of our pieces are made to order, a production lead time may be required before we can dispatch your item, particularly where personalisation is involved. For urgent orders, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • We accept the following secure payment methods:

    • Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

    • Apple Pay and Google Pay

    • Other country-specific methods

    • The customer selects the product and adds it to the basket.

    • Proceeds to the order summary and provides delivery and billing details.

    • Expressly accepts the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

    • Selects a payment method and places the order.

    • BARON Atelier confirms receipt of the order by email, including the order summary and reference number.

  • The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without having to give any reason.

    To do so, please notify us at info@baronatelier.com, quoting the order number. Products must be returned in perfect condition and unused, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

    Bespoke & personalised items cannot be returned.

  • BARON Atelier warrants all products against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from delivery, in accordance with Spanish law.

    The following are not considered defects:

    • Damage arising from misuse or lack of maintenance.

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Items altered or repaired by third parties.

    In the event of a defect, BARON Atelier will offer repair, replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

  • These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may otherwise be entitled.

These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products offered on www.baronatelier.com (the “Website”), which is owned and operated by BARON Atelier, in accordance with applicable legislation on e-commerce, consumer protection and data protection.
