Returns policy

At BARON Atelier, we are committed to providing products and services of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return any product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once a return has been initiated, you have 10 days to dispatch the item(s). After that period, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, and items purchased on www.baronatelier.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any physical store.

Please, remember that bespoke or customised products cannot be exchanged or returned.

When returning an item, please ensure it is in its original condition, exactly as received: unused, unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. If the product does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to process your return.

Before sending any item back, please contact us at info@baronatelier.com. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, all costs associated with returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, including any customs duties or related charges.

Refunds are usually processed within three to six working days after we receive and inspect your return.

 

During peak periods, processing may take a little longer. The BARON Atelier team will notify you upon receipt of your item and keep you informed of the progress of your return.
